Ruoxuan Li is an internationally active costume designer based in LA. She's the current costume designer in residence for American Contemporary Ballet and is the recipient of Swarovski Award for Excellence in Costume Design 2014. She received her MFA in Costume Design from UCLA and BA in Costume Design from Wimbledon College of Art, UAL.
